and how does it all work?

It is important to us that we get to know you and your lifestyle. This ensures we design a home that is yours and suits your needs. You will sit down with our Project Manager and discuss everything that is important to you in a home, how you want it to look and what kind of performance you expect from the home. 

Before we even break ground, you will know exactly what is going into your home and how much it is costing you. Thus letting you relax a little more during construction and enjoy the process as it all comes together. We will regularly engage meetings on-site or in office to review progress and specific details as required.

Although we are done construction, it doesn't mean our relationship ends there. Vleeming remains by your side for years to come. 


We take the necessary time to precisely design, plan and organize each aspect of your project. This critical step entails multiple phases and is the primary key to our projects running efficiently and reducing costly errors and time consuming confusion on site. 

In this process we will produce architectural designs, provide a detailed budgetary proposal, develop structural designs, obtain engineering, execute client selections, finalize project costs and schedule each detail of the project. 

1-2 WEEKS*

Before you take possession of your new home, we perform a quality assurance inspection. This process is a meticulous inspection of the entire home from floor to ceiling to ensure every detail meets the Vleeming standards and that every moving part is commissioned. Vleeming does this process in two stages. first with the Project Manager & site superintendent then second involving the client. We then take 1-2 weeks to rectify any action items to ensure your home is perfect before you take possession.
